The new model of 2 station oven for PVC Bar mat or phone mat

After we carefully studied the market, our Research & Development department develops a new generation of the 2 station big work size oven.

The working process is the same as the 4 station oven we released 1 year ago.

The difference is the work area of this 2 station oven is 500*700mm which is big enough to produce the bar mats, non-slip phone mats or other mats. We can also customize other sizes as you wish.

Our Russian customer ordered 2 ovens for producing different kinds of PVC products. One is our classical double-deck energy-saving oven: 

This one is mostly used for producing the small PVC items like keychains, magnets, patches, labels, emblems, USB covers etc. The production capacity is high. Combine with the automatic PVC dispenser, the base material dispenser and cooling table, they work more efficiently.

Because he also produces the big size products such as bar mat and non-slip phone mat, and the production capacity request is not very high, so he also needs this 2 station oven.
