At first, PVC is extracted from resin, now PVC is the powder, it’s just PVC powder. However, now the PVC powder has poor liquidity and stability, cannot be used for production.
So, in order to solve this trouble, people will add the heat stabilizer and anti-aging agent to enhance its features.

What’s the DINP oil?
Then, DINP oil is a general-purpose plasticizer. It can strengthen PVC powder plasticity and improve the toughness of the end product. And the most important advantage, use the DINP oil mixing, the final material is environmental(DINP oil has passed the Rohs and PaHs certification).
If use the DOP oil, although cheap, it isn’t environmental, and the end product will smell. It’s unhealthy for people and nature.

What’s the PVC color pigment?
Next, PVC color pigment is a derivative of PVC production process. For different colors, add different pigments and auxiliaries, then stir evenly.
And one, as the PVC color pigment price, usually the black and white is cheapest, the gold and purple is most expensive.

Attention:
If you want the end product with better quality, you also need to add others. Barium-zinc stabilizer, Antioxidant and Soybean oil.
Barium-zinc stabilizer can let the end product softer and has more stable nature.
Antioxidant can keep the color stability in the heating processing. For example, if without Antioxidant, the transparent color will become yellow after heating.
Soybean oil can let the material more heat-resistant, because we use the 250 ℃ temperature to heating forming.
By the way, the liquid PVC is no smell at first, if you want your product more good smell, you can add each smell perfume.

If you want softer, you need to add more oil;
If you want harder, you need to add more powder.
